Majestik’s Owner, Marty Mars, is dedicated to providing the best quality technical support, management project planning, and coordination to all his customers. He has been in the restoration and installation field for over 20 years, initially as a contractor specializing in restoration and installation of stone and terrazzo. He is certified by the VIC International Corporation for Restoration & Maintenance, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Aircraft Maintenance and Design Engineering.

My commitment is to provide customers with superior field knowledge, quality workmanship, and to guide them through each step of their project.

Marty has completed/consulted in a wide variety of projects. These projects include federal buildings, libraries, hotels, hospitals, corporate headquarters, schools, and universities just to name a few. He has been involved with everything from determining why issue arise to substrates, tile installation and finishing, implementing maintenance plans, historical restoration evaluation, terrazzo installation, resinous coating systems, and in-field training support.

Meg has over 25 years as an Administrative Assistant and business owner. She is college educated in Accounting and a graduate of US Army Basic Training and Military Police Advance Individual Training. She served honorably in the US Army as a MP during Desert Storm.

Laurie White, AP/AR or Financing

Laurie White joined Majestik Surface Corporation in 2008 and oversees all aspects of the finances/accounting, financial statements, and all task related to Human Resources. Additionally, Laurie is also the owner of Office Overflow Bookkeeping Service, with three decades of full bookkeeping/accounting experience.

Timothy Rail, CMR Alliance, Operations Consultant

Tim Rail is the Principal of CMR Alliance, LLC (CMR). Tim has been working in the facility service space since 1999. His area of expertise is the preservation of interior architectural finishes within a variety of commercial environments. A graduate of Hunter College, NYC, Tim specializes in the building of teams to help facilitate the logistical operations of large commercial projects. Tim has continually worked on offering more products and services that support ecological initiatives and sustainability. He approaches this by implementing the latest cleaning, maintenance and restorative approaches for finishes such as metal, brass, carpet, upholstery, tile, grout, wood, natural stone, concrete and terrazzo. Specialties: Making sure the application of cleaning products, topical coatings and treatments meet the manufacturer specifications for high end interior designer surfaces such as Metal, Marble, Slate, Terrazzo, LVT, Wood and Textiles.


Eric Gannon, P.E.

With over 15 Years of experience in the construction industry, Eric has spent the bulk of his career managing federal contracts and developing programs required for businesses to operate in the federal sector . Starting as a laborer for a large national concrete construction company, Eric has estimated, built and managed the completion of over 60 projects across 10 states and the District of Columbia. By starting in the trades and working his way through the ranks of an organization, Eric has held positions in operations, estimating, business development and business unit management. Combining the knowledge gained in each position, experience with different construction methods and the technical knowledge gained through academic studies allows him to have an in-depth understanding of the business at all levels and find solutions that others do not. Eric specializes in Federal Contracting, Construction Claims Support and Operational Management and Efficiency. Eric received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University and his M.B.A. from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
